    Ways of courage

Ways never take you in the right direction. They are created while you go. Ways never take you to the horizon. You will get there with every step you take. Ways never lie in front of you. They will appear when you go on the journey. Ways never are right or wrong. They are simply a creation of your heart. Why do you struggle so much to find a way? Why do you fear taking the first step? Why don’t you see freedom, the horizon over the endless blue ocean? Which way do you want to create? A way to the ocean is never created by the fear from the…

One step away from the norm, forward to a joyful life

How can I make life feel a bit easier? That was my journal entry this morning.Daily life and work demands feel more and more heavier at the moment, tiredness kicks in and there’s hardly any energy left for something I enjoy doing. I know that I make it extra hard through my overactive mind and overthinking, trying to fulfill all the expectations that I have set for myself and then there is this constant need to create the illusion of control and figure things out. What would make life feel a bit more serene and joyful? Because that is what my body, mind and soul is craving for.Not setting another…

    Roots of life

Spread your roots into the ground.Let the earth hold you, nourish your heart and soul. Spread your wings like branches that reach for the sky.Grow them from your inner strength.A trunk that can’t be pushed away by storms of life. Every branch grows leaves of possibilities.Leaves that spread comfort under their green roof.Leaves that breath in every pain to transform it into hope and new beginnings. Let go of them when the time has come, the end of a cycle. You can grow them anew from the roots into the sky. Let the sun help you surrendering into trust.Trust into abundance that you can always create from your roots.Blossoms, leaves, acorns,…

Disconnecting from fear-mongering and getting clarity in nature

    The art of life

Sunday thoughts on rest and productivity It’s one of these Sundays when I feel so tired and leaking energy. Although it’s Easter and I have a few days off from work, I didn’t put the time and energy into my other projects I want to create on the side. I often feel the urge in my free time to make use of it as much as possible, to get these heart’s projects like I call them started and move them forward. But as soon as the weekend arrives I feel exhausted and running out of energy to work on these projects. What would I tell a friend when asked what…

Spring is a reminder to grow into your heart’s joy

It’s sunny outside and I watch how the daffodils swing their bell-like heads in the light breeze. The first bumblebees of the year fly from one dandelion blossom to the next.  Birds are singing with the rhythm of the cracking candle of the teapot warmer. I can feel the warm cup in my hand and the smell of the spring air eases my mind. There’s nothing to worry about. Nature awakens in full force. Nature doesn’t worry about the next steps, about an unknown future. Nature goes with the flow and its cycles. There’s no rushing in growth and transformation, only one step at a time. There’s dancing in the…

Finding balance in a fast-paced world

Embracing a slower, more intentional way of living Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the news and constant information and opportunities we have access to from all directions. It can be so challenging to step away from the noise and slow down. The fast-paced world we’re living in, where it gets more and more technical, as if we are on a way to outsource human interaction to fill it with superficial chatter on social media or AI. Of course, all these things can have its benefits but what about deep conversations, taking time to create something without the pressure of perfectionism and productivity? Our brain isn’t wired for such an overload on information…
